Recognizing the urgent need to preserve the life and health of citizens who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, participated directly in the anti-terrorist operation, environmental protection, hostilities, armed conflicts, as well as measures to prevent terrorist activities, other military formations in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, guided by the need to maximize the combination and use of efforts of the public and charitable sectors, taking into account the priorities of state policy in the field of social protection of war veterans and participants in anti-terrorist operation, OJF, in particular to provide them with psychological rehabilitation. treatment, technical and other means of rehabilitation, taking into account the desire of the Parties to ensure cooperation in this area, wishing to deepen partnerships and expand cooperation between the International Diplomatic Mission, Regi Base Ukraine Charitable Foundation and Drop to Drop Charitable Foundation On February 20, 2020, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed in Kyiv.
